Baji Know Your Customer Policy

In order to withdraw funds or reach a deposit of BDT 259,000 on the Baji BD platform, you must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which verifies the player’s identity and ensures security. The following are the steps to complete KYC.

Players need to provide the following documents to complete the KYC process:

  • Photo ID card issued by the government authorities (if required, attach both sides);
  • Selfies of the player with ID card in hand;
  • Bank statement or utility bill.

Once these documents are uploaded, players receive a “Temporarily Approved” status while the KYC team reviews their submission. The review process takes up to 24 hours and once completed, players will be notified of the outcome: approval, rejection or need to provide additional information.

While in “Temporarily Approved” status, players can use the platform or Baji mobile app, but with certain restrictions. The maximum amount they can deposit is BDT 65,000 and they will not be able to withdraw funds until the KYC process is fully completed and approved.

Please note the following guidelines when submitting required documents:

  • The document must contain a valid signature;
  • Players must not be citizens of restricted countries such as USA, France, Netherlands, Australia, UK, Spain, Cyprus and their territories;
  • The name on the document must match the name registered on the platform;
  • The credential must not expire within the next 3 months;
  • The player must be over 18 years of age.
  • A recent bank statement or utility bill is required;
  • Country must not be under restrictions;
  • The name on the document must match the name on the ID;
  • Document must have been issued within the last 3 months.
  • The face in the selfies must match the image on the ID card;
  • The ID on the selfies must match the one previously submitted, including the ID number and photo.

If the KYC process is unsuccessful, a reason will be given and a support ticket will be created. Players will receive an application number and an explanation of the problem. Once all documents are correctly submitted and approved, the BJ Baji account will be finally verified. For security purposes, players who have not completed the KYC process will not be able to make new deposits or withdrawals.

Once verified, the maximum deposit limit will be BDT 259,000 per transaction. In addition, account activity will be thoroughly analyzed to confirm the legitimacy of the funds before any withdrawal is approved. Direct transfers of funds between players at any time are not permitted.
