These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of this Baji website (the “Site”) and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Please read the Terms as they contain important information about your rights and obligations. By using the Site or accessing the Service, you agree to the Terms, including any changes that may occur. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Service is owned by Aurora Holdings N.V., a company registered in Curacao (number 10692) with its registered office at Abraham de Veerstraat 9, Willemstad, Curacao. The company holds an online gaming licence (number 365/JAZ).

We may change the Terms and Conditions at any time. We recommend that you check this page periodically for up-to-date information. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree with the changes, stop using the Service. Bets made before the changes will be governed by the previous Terms.

By accessing the Site or Baji official app and using the Service, you confirm that:

  1. You are over 18 years of age (or above the legal age for gambling in your country). We may request proof of age.
  2. You have the legal capacity to enter into a contract with us. If not, you are prohibited from using the Site.
  3. You reside in a jurisdiction where gambling is permitted and it is your responsibility to check the legality of your use of the Service in your country.

  5. You are an authorized user of a payment method.
  6. All payments must be made in good faith; you must not seek to cancel them.

  1. We may, at our discretion, reject registration requests to protect the integrity of the Service and are not obliged to explain the reasons for rejection.
  2. You must complete the Baji registration form and read the Terms and Conditions before using the Service. Proof of your identity, including valid ID and proof of residence, may be required for betting or withdrawing winnings. We may temporarily restrict access to your account pending receipt of this information in accordance with gambling and anti-money laundering legislation. You must also fund the Service Account using the specified payment methods.
  3. You must provide up-to-date contact details, including a valid email address, and update them as necessary. Failure to provide up-to-date details may result in missing important notices, including changes to the Terms. We communicate with Customers via the email address provided and you are responsible for its security. If you do not have an active email address, your account will be suspended until you provide one. We may suspend your account if you provide false information and in some cases take legal action.
  4. Only one account in the Service is allowed. If multiple accounts are detected, they will be terminated, including if using representatives or relatives.
  5. To verify your financial solvency and identity, we may request additional information or contact third party data providers. If we receive information from external sources, we will notify you.

  1. You may withdraw unused funds by submitting a withdrawal request. The Baji minimum withdrawal amount is €10 (or equivalent), unless you close your account.
  2. There are no withdrawal fees if you have made at least one turn of your deposit. Otherwise, an 8% fee will apply with a minimum amount of €4.
  3. We may request proof of identity and proof of address before processing a withdrawal.
  4. All withdrawals must be made to the original payment method used to make the deposit, but we may authorize withdrawals to another method after verification.

  6. If your balance exceeds 10 times your deposits, the maximum withdrawal is €5,000 per month and otherwise €10,000.
  7. We cannot guarantee the success of withdrawals or refunds (as set out in clause 3.3 and 3.4).

If the rules of a particular sport conflict with the general rules, the general rules apply.

  1. The result of an event is recorded upon completion, protests and changes are not taken into account. Decisions on suspended events are made according to the rules of the particular sport.
  2. All results are finalised 72 hours after publication. During this period, adjustments can only be made in case of errors.
  3. If the result of a match is cancelled by an authorised body during the payment period, all bets will be refunded.
  4. In case of a draw, if this option is available, bets for a win or a loss are forfeited. If there is no option, players will receive a refund. If there is no option for a draw and the game goes into extra time, it is taken into account.
  5. If the result is not confirmed due to a broadcast interruption, bets may be invalidated with a refund.
  6. Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set by us and are subject to change without notice. Limits may be adjusted for individual accounts.
  7. Customers are responsible for their transactions. Check bets for errors before submitting; it is not possible to change a bet once it has been completed. We are not responsible for missing or duplicate bets.
  8. The game is valid regardless of the league. If two clubs from the same league play in a cup tournament, the match remains valid even if it is incorrectly assigned to a league on the website.
  9. The dates and kick-off times of eSports matches are for information only. If a match is cancelled or postponed and not resumed within 72 hours, bets will be cancelled, except for bets on a team/player advancing in the tournament.
  10.  If an event does not take place on the specified date, bets will be cancelled. If the date is incorrect, the details announced by the governing body will apply.
  11.  The substitution of a player does not affect the validity of the results – it is the choice of the team.
  12.  The company reserves the right to remove events and markets from the website.
